Refund Policy

At NUYU Laser & Skin Rejuvenation, we are committed to providing exceptional care and personalized treatment plans. Because treatment packages are purchased at a discounted rate, the following refund policy applies should you choose not to complete your package.

If you request a refund for a treatment package:

• Any treatments you have already received will be recalculated at the regular individual treatment price rather than the discounted package rate.

• The remaining package balance will then be determined, and 50% of that remaining balance will be refunded to you using the original method of payment whenever possible.

• Treatment packages may be transferable to another individual, subject to approval by NUYU Laser & Skin Rejuvenation. Please speak with us if you would like more information about this option.
